Can I get a reference article for this? It's almost unfathomable to me that the ISU wouldn't monitor this situation and assure the quality of their ice for BOTH their speed and figure skaters.

He does deserve all the PCS, come on. I am not Canadian and I don't like Patrick's personality. But, his SS are the best in the world objectively. He deserves his PCS (though not in PE)
