Who are the two women commentating on Russian TV? Seems to me like TAT and Julia Lipnitskaya but I'm not sure.

the first women is yolanda chen, she is used to be a track and field athlete and commentator, and the second women is unknown to me, but they are both absolutely dreadful, it's a worst pair of commentators i ever heard.
i had to turn the sound off

Just a look at the Men's protocol and you can see that mr. Leskinen (n.8) was mostly unimpressed.
He even gave Bychenko a 5.75 for transitions!!
