My sister passed by as soon as S/M came by. I made her see the triple twist and she was amazed. She said that if Bruno was ever abusive to his wife he could throw her into the ceiling.

That was just practice for Aliona and Bruno. Good test run! She still stick that jump in the pairs competition.

Even with the fall I'm so glad they brought this back. She's a legend of course. It's my favorite of their programs for Bruno because he's cleverly used and it's not too serious. Btw, he has a much nicer camel than most of the men in singles :dev2:

Savchenko / Massot

Tremendous 3Twist. Clean sbs 3S with great unison. Unfortunate fall on the throw 3Lz, just not enough speed going into it. Extremely lively step sequence and snappy pair spin to finish.

Nice way to get their skating legs beneath them as Germany will likely not make that final. They will certainly work on that throw a lot more in practice before the individual event. They were just too tentative going into it.
