Tarasova / Morosov

High 3Twist with a great catch. Great unison in the sbs 3T. Great ice coverage in the throw 3Lo and good rotation in the death spiral. Smooth lift and wonderful lines through the spin.

They should easily go into first place with that performance. Clean, classic, and strong.

Fascinating how underwhelming a Russian pair skating to Rach no. 2 can be... the music horribly cut to a sp doesn't help. The true Russian skating tragedy of the past quad is honestly T/M not training under Moskvina.
Memories of M/D are still strong....

Fantabulous short program from Tarasova and Morozov! I loved that. They've really really grown on me.

Aliona and Bruno were so delicious!

And Meagan and Eric really did beautifully as well. Great SP for them.
