Definitely an improvement over the SP, but I really dislike this program for Kolyada. He just does not have the personality/performance skills to carry it off.

I feel real bad about this, since it's largely straight relief that there's still room for Patrick and Canada, but I am now able to get into Mikhail's Elvis groove now, at last. He did a good swagger job, best I think he's done all season.

Not if they score it correctly because lots of messing landings.

He started badly and then at one point, he shook it off and fought for it.

Was it perfect, heck no, but he fought for it and it wasn't terrible so maybe, just maybe, it'll be better in the individual. Well done Mika. Well done.

Kolyada's technique requires someone of much stronger constitution. That's not a knock on him, I just mean, to fling yourself *that high* with the kinda of speed he has, to come down with *that much* force - you have to be much less tight than the typical competitor =/

Mikhail Kolyada

Sit-down fall on the 4Lz. Fully-downgraded 4T, will count as a 3T unfortunately. Alright 3A+2T into an good sit spin. Step sequence seems to have less energy than usual, as he usually has a more infectious energy. Eeked out the landing on the 4T (will be +REP). Strong 3A right into a spread eagle. Good 3Lz+1Lo+3S and 3Lo. Clean 2A and a fairly good spin that could be better centered.

Not as much charisma as I know that he can bring to this Elvis program compared to his past performances. While the first half was a little bit sloppy, the second half was quite good. He didn't pop anything, so he will still score relatively high in the technical but he will likely get around 85 in PCS.
