Didn't know we'd have the leeway until after Patrick won the Men's FS. If he'd underperformed, we'd have needed every single one of V/M's points to win it. Maybe if we'd had a longer lead from the SP we could have risked it... but the Fed clearly went all in on the Team OGM, and we needed V/M for that.

Congrats to all the medalists. Team Canada had the most ambitious strategy and they deserved the gold.

Very happy that Team USA got for the bronze (though, sadly, it could've been a higher placement with a different strategy).
