I just like the SP so much. And I like funky Shoma more than classical,Shoma. Seems more natural for him and grabs me more.

This is the most I’ve enjoyed Shoma in a long time. Really lovely programmes. Probably his best StSq yet in the free. Attention to detail but uncluttered choreography, with real driving tension in the free. Not sure how his scores will shake out, since he’s capped at <9.5 for SS, TR, and CO and <9.0 for IE and PE, even though IE could deservedly be a 9.25.

I miss the clutter...

There’s no denying Keegan excels in this style of music and choreo, but I would love to see him try something different next season. He’s one of the few skaters who can do “Singin’ in the Rain” without the slightest hint of cheese, but his programmes have had a samey quality due to all being in the same wheelhouse. Regardless, the height he gets on his jumps is gasp-worthy.

And, yikes, 4T+REP is going to be costly.

I do like Keegan, he still looks like an extra from a period TV show, and his outfits.... I begin to suspect he has a time machine and pops into a 1940s second-hand shop for them.

He's just so different.
