I think Bradie URs a ton also but I don't think it was as jarring as with Sotskova. Sotskova's rotation is in literally slow motion so you can't exactly see any kind of an illusion you might with Bradie.

I really think this is Sotskova's last time here. With a performance like this she's too much of a risk.

That would require Satoko AND Carolina to bomb because Alina's winning this thing and Kaetlyn's already there. As much as I love Wakaba, I'd rather neither of these ladies bombed.

2a, step out. 3 sal vvvvvery right, manages step into 2a. Definitely not her best, but better than Korea.

Goal for next year: CONTROL. Even when her jumps are clean, they're always a tad outside the circle, hips out and around too much. Needs to work on classical landing position/control more. When others land their jumps, Gabby's are just too wild and unrefined.

That 3-3 tho - amazing

I love the simplistic and classicaly slow evolution of the program. It unfolds so subtlety and has very under exaggerated transitions. It’s a great change of pace IMO compared to some of the overly extroverted and jam packed performances. YMMV. .

Sotskova is no Kostner. Not even a decimal. That's all I'm going to say. And let me not even go after her copter-armed jumps.

Hoo boy.

So not good. But I'm very proud of Gabby nonetheless. That was actually a masterclass in how to keep fighting and keep skating, even when you're rattled and scared, and to not give up even when the mistakes happen. The bad memory of the Olympics was still there, but she was able to keep it together time and again. That's a good sign of improved mental preparation and toughness.

Even when Kostner has a bad skate the judges still seem to find enough points
for her is what i mean, Especially with a SP lead and a home advantage
