2018 Worlds Pairs Short Program

May I inform you that M-T/M no.2 need to deliver LIKE THEY MUST and not make mistakes in the free and be in Top 10 so Canada doesn't go down to one spot?

I like him too. I admire his resilience. Hasn't he been competing for like 20 years? I think of him as Ironman when I see him because he looks indestructible .

Somebody in an interview said everyone on tour or in the locker room or something lovingly refer to him as "Big China" lol. I like Zhang. He gets a bad rap.

Seguin/Bilodeau - Well, that was a scary moment when she fell and his blade passed close to her head. Perhaps it looked closer on video but I cringed. I so want these two to get back to where they were before the injuries stopped their progress. The speed is still there, you can see they have it in them to be world class, it's just not coming together for them right now.

As an aside, the quality of Canada 3 isn't such a concern now since I sense there won't be a third spot to worry about filling next year.

Aww, that's a disappointing way to close out what has been a pretty solid season for them, with a really strong Olympic showing.

Meagan Duhamel has to be tearing her hair out right now. She was so excited to retire but I'm sure she'll feel really, really bad about Canada losing spots....

 I'm so sad for them, I hope they get a chance to really really shine and fulfill their potential at some point in the future, because they have enormous talent but something always gets in the way. It'll break my heart if they end their careers without some really good injury-free seasons.

16th, wow  Well... hopefully they can use this experience as motivation for next season.
