2019 Junior Worlds Ladies Short Program

Man, Hongyi Chen is pulling a Matteo Rizzo 2017-18 season. She's been at I think literally every junior and senior event possible this season.

It's working out for her, I think. Lots of experience and lots of development, she's maturing nicely. Still think she has the prettiest rippons of the field.

With 55, only if russian girls would deliver some completely disastrous program.

Is there even anyone else who could challenge the Russians now? I thought Young had a pretty good chance for a podium but with that SP it'll be tough.

Thanks all for the reminders. I find that between seniors and juniors it is a lot to keep track of.

Notte Stellata makes me remember Gubanova's never going to junior worlds and now I'm sad

I always want to watch her do rippons all day long. Her arms are just so long that she makes them look extra gorgeous.

Ting could if she skates two clean programs but .... that is not likely.

Beautiful skate. Well done. Some very nice spins and amazing rippons, too.

Now it's Anna time! Let's go, girl!! Take that lead! :hap10:

Sorry Chen Hongyi I was too occupied trying to calculate if two spots were still within possibility I can't remember much

Wouldn't it be interesting to have a season where the ISU didn't allow any warhorses and banned entire swathes of commonly used music genres, just to see what everyone would come up with.

I would love to see someone skate to frank ocean or janelle monet.

Don't want to curse anything by speculations. After all, Anna is on the ice, we will see.
