I knew the judges would go with Alysa. With an UR, can you believe it! I'm actually surprised her PCS isn't 33.

She will get the highest TES and the highest PCS in the free, mark my word. She will be skating in the final group.

I personally think Alysa was great for her age and did an amazing 3A. but the PCS was a little high, and all three of her other triples were borderline UR.

I actually don't think her triples were UR at all. Her 3T had a bit of a wobbly landing and her 3Lz landed a little hunched over, but I think the rotation was there. Her 3F axis was so erratic though.

I've moved on from my Michigan sour beer (had to represent) to a Seattle winter ale. I actually like that they had the resurfacing after the first group - no break in the momentum from here on.
