Surprising result. I thought it would be an easy win for Gummenik but he has left himself with work to do.

Glad to see Erokhov on top. I thought he was finished after he left Eteri but he is doing well with Butaseva. I liked his programme.

I know Katichev isn’t the strongest technical skater but I like his style. I just realised Sviridenko isn’t here, so nationals for him.

Two lovely Mozer Pairs in this. I love Nastya and Dmitriy, but Finokhina/Antonishev really surprised me earlier in the season. Fingers crossed that continues.
