Unlikely by then, or even 3-4 months later, given the current state of infection vs. prevention which don't really inspire any kind of optimism. This may be the exact reason why a reschedule before October is ruled out as for now.
It might even happen that for some skaters, training camps are cancelled, or everyday on-ice training is disrupted. This already happened to Chinese skaters back home from 4CC, with their home rinks closed and self-quarantine at home required.
Exactly, many governments are taking draconic measures in trying to contain the virus, imposing travel restrictions, meeting restrictions, all to ensure the public health care systems don't crumble when 10 of percents of the population get seriously ill. Wether warranted or not, all sports are going to suffer.
Our government has just concluded an emergency meeting and advised (not yet ordered/decreed, things don't work like that in The Netherlands) all public meetings over 100 people (including the parliament in session), working from home, avoiding public transport, etc etc. All concerts, theaters, museums, amusement parcs, matches, churches are to be closed. Schools are still advised to stay open, otherwise there would be total disruption of working parent's life's.
All of our first world countries have a reasonable public health care system, save perhaps for the USA, where a lot of poor and even working class are uninsured. And the first elected official and his supporters have their own agenda against the poor, unemployed, and otherwise undesirable.
Just wait till the virus hits Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other such poor, overcrowded, polluted, corrupted nations.
