Jason, no matter the jumps, never fails to captivate.

That’s nice, but it certainly doesn’t change my opinion that’s it’s theatrical and that he failed to captivate me.

So I did the Grand Prix math yesterday and while Jason just needs Semenenko off the podium and/or Kolyada out of contention to go to GPF, if Semenenko misses the podium AND Kolyada finishes 5th or lower next week, Shun qualifies with Jason.

Well deserved win for Yuma. His jumps are just incredible.

Very exciting for Andrei Mozalev to have the highest TES! If he can turn that into some consistency he's going to rise a lot.

Mixed feelings for Jason - happy he grabbed a medal, sad he may have missed out on a GPF spot popping some jumps that he can probably do in his sleep.

It's probably my favourite music choice for a man this season but I do agree that it could build a bit quicker. The final "Now We Are Free" portion by Andrea Bocelli could be brought in earlier.

I still love the program. I wonder if he plans to up the tech content or just stick with the 3 quads (which tbh with the state of men's skating could be enough for the Olympic podium, but it means having to rely on others to make errors).
