TBH I don't understand why the Germans received higher PCS than Hungarians.

Stronger/more intricate composition of the programme. Hungarians programme was quite simple/with less transitions/easier to skate.

I don't know the rules, maybe there was another Georgian pair that got the quota. These two introduced themselves to the world three weeks ago.

this is false. you can go from 1 to 2, or 2 to 3 at Nebelhorn. You just can't go from 1 to 3

I'm guessing they sent their video to the ISU to get the tech minimums and, once they had them, were entitled to one spot in the pairs event.

I blame the extra unnecessary n and others have blamed the hair. It's an eye of the beholder type thing.

First there is this:
NOCs, who through their ISU Members Nation, have earned the necessary points according to Rule 378, paragraph 2b) and c) will have the right for two (2) or three (3) entries, only if, in addition, they had two (2) or respectively three (3) Skaters/Pairs/Couples qualified for the Free Skating/Free Dance in the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2021 (ISU Rule 400, paragraph 3).
But then in discussing Nebelhorn it says:
• NOCs which have earned the necessary points for two (2) or three (3) entries but did not have two (2) or respectively three (3) Skaters qualified for the Free Skating/Free Dance at the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2021. This quota place will be in addition to the quota place(s) that the NOC had earned in D.1.

I interpret that to man that any "new" spots earned here need to be reestablished at Nebelhorn to make sure there is actually a 2nd/3rd skater/pair of high enough quality

I think this is the first program of theirs that I ever liked! Evelyn even being expressive, I think with more milage it could be great.

W/M have yet to really find that signature program imo, but that was solid enough.
