2022 Olympics: Men's Short Program

Well, looking at the competition list and the cutoffs so far, an underperforming Roman w/o quad would still probably had a tough time making cutoff with this harsh slashing. The sport itself is what needs a reset and reforming. With no quads, Roman would have needed to be squeaky clean.

Just thinking that I like the light saber duel in this so, so much better than the desperado sword fighting in Smart & Diaz’ Zorro program. That’s the power of men’s skating, folks! It’s so diverse, almost anything can work.

SIAO HIM FA Adam (FRA)

AH, why did he go for that 4S?! Anyway, coolest footwork sequence of the men, executed extremely well! Strong 4T+3T to open and a good 3A as well, both with nice speed. 4S seems to be < or q unfortunately. Very impressed with the first spin where the positions were done on the beat. I don't think he needed to the 4S and just go with a 3Lz for a clean performance, but at least he went for it. Risky, he is.
