2022 Olympics: Men's Short Program

Canada has tons of young men coming up. If anything, the great loss was when Patrick retired. This doesn't mean I don't love Keegan ! And no need to talk about retirement for him at this point : he is planning to skate until WTT 2023. For now, at least.
Yes!!!!!!!!! ❤️🤠🇨🇦

All jumps gorgeously landed! Kagiyama just had a subtle stumble in his steps.

This is just a bad program for him, though. Very few skaters would be able to pull this off.

Wow - Great job again, Yuma! :) He's really on fire these days! This is a cute program for him, and I appreciate that he is attempting to perform more here than he does in the FS. However, he went in and out of performance mode, which broke the spell a bit. His skating is amazing though - amazing skating skills, and I adore his jumps. They should get +5s across the board - gorgeous technique, height, landing flow, etc.

KAGIYAMA Yuma (JPN)

Another fantastic skate from Yuma! Really great landings on the 4S, 4T+3T, and 3A. First spin had some glitches with the entry and holding a position, but everything else had a lot of fluidity and solidity. I think he did the best trying to be light and jazzy - still a bit immature with the expression - but he should rival Shoma with that skate. It's going to be a fight!

No, he's also in the Olympic Studio. So, he might as well comment on what he knows best.
We will get Katharina Witt back for the ladies. She will do commentary with Daniel Weiss. But I don´t know if that is a good thing. At Europeans I had the impression, they are pretty much stuck in the 80s.
