I get that he’s a two time Olympic champion but this scoring was unacceptable hanyu with highest pcs??? It should be shumo! The triple Alex should have had a negative execution score and zero points for that salchow pop unbelievable

Yeah they gave him green on the element at least on live tv. Not sure the final protocols. Big raised eyebrow at that.

RIZZO Matteo (ITA)

Clean and delicate performance! Only a 4T+2T to open, wish he had the wherewithal to forego the 2T and tack on a 3T on the 3F instead, but the 3F was stunning nonetheless. Also saved that 3A with that free leg tucked behind him. Really appreciate his quiet yet deep edges all throughout the footwork.
