Well I'm in a quandary, it's 11pm and will be even later when the 3rd group starts, do I watch any of it or save it for tomorrow?

I'm sad that I'll miss Sasha...maybe she'll get her 5 quads though! I wasn't watching the Russian Test Skates and she got them there!

Poor Karen! She looked so sad! Fall on 3R three times in a row. Not her best skate. She can still be proud of going to the Olympics twice. Plus she has the team medal. Some consolation.

Looking forward to Olga - somehow she skates the same moves, but the package is so very nicely wrapped. Her upper body rarely looks like it is struggling and moves very smoothly.
Loved her soft skating with fluid arms.

Olga Mikutina is lovely. This is only the second time I saw her skate. It was nice to see how happy she looked in the K/C.

She is so tall I always forget that she is quite a good jumper and wears her height well in her choreography. Not quite the spark of Kurakova, so second so far.

Pains me to say it, but I think Karen Chen has about reached the limits of her skating ability. She hasn't been able to fix her jump underrotations, regressing on the loop. Four poor skates out of four attempts at the Games. :-(

Compared to the last two Olympics, performances have looked so messy so far. Here's to hoping everyone lifts it up.

Also, I hope Loena goes clean. No reason why she can't go first after this group.

I just hope Wakaba has a good FS here. it's great she gets to be in the final Olympic group
after being nowhere for 4 years. I wouldn't bet on her getting more then 145 though,
the panel seemed extra strict on her in the SP and the judges never go with her.

I felt the same in the SP and didn´t watched it live. But then I was too curious and watched it later in the replay. And now I´m back at it. I just love this sport too much to avoid it.
