It's neck-and-neck between her and Mariah. She got a q on the combo which dropped her score. It looks like Mariah will have .8 lead.

Karen has such phenomenal speed and basic skating. It seems so rare in skating these days. Loved it!

Is it me but national inflating of scores is alive and well OR USA is going to win team gold. The pairs score suggest podium finishes. WHo needs Russia the USA is ready to dominate with their two best events to come. THe world might as well bow down because these scores suggest team gold is USA!
