2023-24 Junior Channel One Cup

Yes, Kamila is also quite unnatural.

But this season I think Zagitova did a really good job.
I mean Alina in the first 1-2 episodes of "Ice Age" (sorry, that's the name of the show in German/English on yt) when she was struggling a lot and Alexei was kind enough to support her. I didn´t blame her for this neither I will do it for Kamila and Anya now. They will get experience (both are still young) and will follow the Zagitova way to get better, more mature and more confident. Kamila will learn how to act in front of a camera, what to do with her eyes and hands. For me the most obvious sign, how nervous and uncomfortable she feels, how she is moving her eyes and hands. I'm pretty sure Anya and Kamila will in the near future be as good as Alina now is, no doubt. Give them time, coaching and experience. All three IMHO are "born ready" for shows.

Anna Shcherbakova/Egor Goncharov. Lovely chess!
I enjoyed every minute of the program. Great performance!

I get it, they purposely sent Anna Scherbakova to the team where the dance duo with Anna Scherbakova

Frolov was in the strong boys squad with Eteri and Danya when I started following him in 2016. I'm so happy that he has come that far. 🫶

The Top 3 at Junior Nationals will be unpredictable. But I think that Shcherbakova/Goncharov have less chance without the chess dance.

Anna Kolomenskaya/Artem Frolov. The captain speaks!
Nice job on the tango.

Thank god I'm not the only one confused :scratch2:
The confusion is real, many lesser fans can't differentiate them quickly.
Funny thing, the other Anna says the confusion doesn't bother her much and comparisons flatters her, while Egor is displeased, kinda jelaous about the attention his Anna deserves.

Ekaterina Rybakova/Ivan Makhnonosov. POTO!
Emotional skating and better technique! 106,28

I think I understand Annabelle Morozov's decision to skate for France. There are junior teams that would displace her in Russia when they turn senior. I'd go to France too.
