https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/russia/kaluga

This season there's no official Youtube stream. Replays are uploaded on this channel after a competition is over. There are two ways to watch the official broadcast:
1) Channel One website. The website is blocked in some countries by local providers. You can use Dutch VPN if you are from Europe, or Canadian VPN if you are from the USA to avoid the block.
2) VLC media player. Open this link: https://1tv-live-gcore.servicecdn.ru/dash-live3/streams/sport-1/sport-1.mpd via the player. This option is preferable because the broadcast quality will be better.

Six men, six women, four ice dance couples and four pairs will be invited to participate based on the results of the Junior Russian Grand Prix series. Skaters will be divided into two teams. Each participant will perform a free program and earn points for their team based on their place.

Schedule:
Saturday, 9 December

14.00 - Opening Ceremony
14.14 - Pairs - Free Skate
15.00 - Ice Dance - Free Dance
16.05 - Women - Free Skate
17.12 - Men Free Skate
18.19 - Awards Ceremony

The skaters perform in the order of their places in the series (from lower to higher).

If skaters score the same, they share a place.

If a competitor is unable to finish the performance, their team will receive the lowest possible number of points for this discipline.

Tie-breakers:
1) Capitans' points.
2) Teams' total scores.

My prognoses:

Girls: Dvoeglazova and Prineva vs Bazyluk and Morozova, Agata Petrova vs Sofia Dzepka - almost inevitable victory for team 2.

Boys: Arseniy Fedotov vs Lev Lazarev - probably a win, but Ugozhaev will beat Ramzenkov with clean skating, and Nikita Malyutin's stability is questionable as much as Karartynyan's, but the latter is more artistic and will get a higher second grade. In general, everything depends on the second and third numbers of the team. It is also possible that the first team, having shown a good skate, will win the second team at the expense of the second score with a similar technical base.

Dancing: Kolomenskaya/Frolov + Shcherbakova/Goncharov - a killer combo, the victory will go to team #1, there very difficult to resist.

Sports pairs: here, in my opinion, the chances are quite equal.

So, according to my impressions, everything will depend on the performance of the boys, because in team 1 are definitely stronger dance couples, and in team 2 - the most technically strong girls and Agata Petrova, who always gets high skores for artistry.
In general, you can start praying for Lazarev and Ugozhaev's lutzes or Ramzenkov and Malyutin's safely landed touloupes, depending on which team you support.

Did they already choose the captains? I want to know who are the tiny bosses.

Team 2 seems to have an advantage over team 1.

It's good that the organizers are mindful of the unpleasantness of past competitions.

It seems Valieva will take the place of Tuktamysheva as master of ceremony. This is quite exciting and I'm curious as to how it will go. She will also give an exhibition (hopefully something new... but likely her Dance on Broken Glass program again).

Kamila Valieva will act as a TV presenter at the Channel One Junior Cup (information from her fan-group in Telegram).

The figure skater will also perform a demonstration number.
