It´s because of the required single jump in juniors, this season it´s lutz. So because she did a single toeloop it would count as single jump and invalid single jump since you can´t do 2. If it was in seniors she could have added a combo on the lutz. Or, even if she just had added a single toeloop on the triple it would have counted as combo :/

It does, they just have to add it during the review. It probably was called as 3T+COMBO, and unfortunately a -5 GOE has to be applied, regardless of how the jump actually looked.
