Oh lord there appears to be a lowering amount of either warhorses, music already overused in fanvids (I guess that's where some of them got their ideas?) or pop from previous decades that we were not at all sorry to see the back of at the time! I may end up being grateful to USFS for stuffing up the licenses and saving my wild grab for the mute button

I know, I know I'm the one who has said for ages that we can't blame athletes for not having perfect musical taste but isn't there a happy medium.... somewhere????

When Phantom was a new show in the mid 80s, my partner and I worked up an exhibition program to All I Ask Of You. He bet me then that the show's music was going to become a skating warhorse and still likes to brag that he called it right (while muting the sound on his TV).

Lotta and Karina are only juniors, Selma only seniors and Olivia could choose but she has skated only in seniors last season. All the men can choose but I suppose they will go to JGP as there are 5*1 spots and no other junior eligible men at national team. I suppose all of them will go to seniors at nationals and internationally probably both, at least Arttu who is just about a week young enough to take part at JGP and he is already listed to JGP Riga. Edit, all of them, Arttu, Jari, Matias are listed JGP now, participant or subs.
