Glad you enjoyed it! I know there are people who do enjoy Chaplin programs, because skaters keep on doing them; it’s just a personal preference.

Why would you use a cover of September????

Impressed as always by the Browns' music choices. I was never a fan of the Who, but they make it work.

Some skaters can skate to a wide variety of music types, others are motivated only by specific kinds. My partner and I were competing long before the vocal music rule change, but we could only get into classical music and scores from films and Broadway shows. Instrumental versions of popular songs didn't work for us, nor, even within our classical preference, did ballet scores although we used several operas at times. Whatever picks you up and carries you across the ice .

finally caught up with this thread. at one point, I thought I was in the split and retirement thread because i was so depressed while reading it.. and nope... i was just in the Isabeau and Loena skate to the same program every year thread... So. Many. War. H.O.R.S.E.S

At this rate, if I am a betting person I would have money on Isabeau doing Firebird for the Olympic season (which is a great music choice, and also adds to her menagerie of birds).

(junior women) has confirmed SP is the same as last season according to an article on local feds homepage:

She has not confirmed more about her FS and it is not put on ISU bios yet, but it is classical music and choreo is also by Adam Solya, according to that article.
