I agree about the silent consonants... it's one of my pet peeves... i give a pass for nasals... even Parisians now are less and less using them...
BUT... i have a hard time with the hard G. This one is unacceptable for my ears... but here, Mark has been well trained... He hasn't said this GP is angering him yet...

I have to condone nasal vowels because, well, I can't do them properly either but orthography rules are not that hard to learn, the g not being hard in front of a front vowel, 'ch' being the English 'sh' and 'tch' being the English 'ch', et cetera... this is a matter of not making an effort and that's what I hate

Charmed is still one of my favorite shows. I go back to it a few times to watch favorite episodes.

Huth very supportive again. I love this for her. She always looked so sad and uncomfortable in the K&C with her previous coach.

He seems to be a great coach, especially for older skaters. Definitely sets himself apart from a lot of other coaches in that aspect, who mainly have success with younger skaters.

That jump axis for Lorine seems to be giving her more problems this season - her weight just goes so far back in the air and when it misfires, it really goes awry. I loved the choreo sequence - some really unique choices of choreography within, especially that back lunge. Unfortunately, the rest of the program seemed quite jump-focused, but her spins (and dress) were very nice - she has great flexibility.

None of the French women had the skates they wanted, but they all kept fighting, and committed to their programs. There were definitely moments I liked in all the programs, I hope they all get performances they're proud of as the season goes on.

A solid skate from Lorine, even if she had to do jump mathematics on the fly to have the second 3Lz in combination. The loop in the 3Lo-2A-2T looked really big! Good centering in her final spin.

Despite the mistakes, she will learn a lot from this competition. She moves well and just needs some work checking out of her jumps, but nothing that is unfixable that I can see. She has lovely posture and a certain grace.
