I think JSF will choose Ami as long as she does well at sr nats and places above Ikura. (Last year was unusual as most of the top jr girls did badly at the sr nats.)

Karin just turned twelve this October, so she won't be junior-eligible before the 2026-2027 season.Omggggg Karin is soooo adorable!!!

FYI I am trying to get on Himawari with google chrome. So my instruction sheet will have to come later when I can figure it out.
The good news is you can now use a credit card to get the access code emailed to you from smartcloud. The bad news is the email doesnt tell you what to do to it. Last year, I emailed [email protected] with the number and what I was trying to accomplish. They emailed me back an ID number and password so I could go to http://webtv.hmfyw.net which is really pro OTT TV and log in. Even the correct Himawari website is obscured. This is the correct place. Just keep scrolling down

Notes for Himawari. On their main page there is an FAQ. See below. Once you have your activation code emailed to you (do NOT click on the download file, just x out of the purchase screen) you go to the link at the bottom of this faq. Note that "desk" is spelled Hesk in the link. Dont worry about it. The link will make a trouble ticket for you and hopefully they will take your activation code and give you an ID number and password so you can go to http://webtv.hmfyw.net (pro OTT TV) and log on with your browser. you might have to wait 24-48 hours for the numbers. Refilling is much easier, using a link in the actual Himawari screen.

Most unfortunate. Himawari has disabled watching Japan TV on Web browsers. Even though they advertise PCs. I have no idea what the other devices are. This is what they emailed me. I have an android tablet but dont know how to get the tablet video and audio to the Television...any ideas?

Sorry but I was trying my best to keep on top of this competition so only replying to your posts now
I stopped using Himawari a while back due to that web browser issue
I switched to Nozomi which worked well until I ran into a problem while trying to renew my account to watch a Japan broadcast of NHK Trophy
When I purchased a 3-day renew package they emailed me a link for a questionable product to download
I reached out to customer service and they emailed me back the proper info to renew my account however, I was so busy that I never did
I'm going to research other IPTV services and plan to share the best options to watch Japan Nationals closer to that competition
I know my uploads aren't the best quality but I hope you're able to at least see some of the performances you're interested in

I have been fighting Himawari customer service all morning. I just emailed them to see if MujiTV is still available on a browser as advertised, as at least they have channel 5 (Fuji terestrial?) and 22 (BS fuji).
Your videos are wonderful! I will catch a few more tonight. Loved the ladies free. There was an odd effect in the early groups where if the camera panned screen left, there was a kind of white fog...a contrast issue....but then the issue disappeared. I figured the venue had a bad camera.

The fog is likely not a contrast issue, I’ve been in rinks where there was actual fog above part of the ice due to temperature differences.
