In the 70s there was the embracing of diversity, ethnicity and psychedelic drugs to dull the pain of war, civil unrest, war protests, gas shortages and inflation. People wore bright colors to upset the black and white business types and grew their hair long to protest the Vietnam war and military drafts.

And I am afraid that this is where I leave you to watch the Formula 1 practice.

I would skip it and watch the final group of Dancers, except that Sky are very slow in putting the F1 sessions onto their on demand service. They normally don't put them up until well into the following week, after the whole event is over! And now that they have closed the Standard Definition version of the channel, it would take up too much space on the hard drive to tape the High Definition version.
