Unpopular opinion: Orser is not a good coach for junior skaters

I've heard him described as "a finishing school," i.e. ideal for polishing an older, already-accomplished skater rather than building up someone less established, and I find that a rather accurate description of what he excels at

Anyone who uses a Swan Lake cut that I don't instantly recognize as Swan Lake has a special place in my heart because there are hours of music to choose from...so excellent, Iida, thank you~

Not being a fan of stereotypical ballet numbers, and she skated it with abandunce of caution. I am disappointed, but I also want a tripod. Very conflicted.

Even though Swan Lake is overused I appreciate her versatility and complete contrast from last season, I almost didn't recognise her

Mei was solid during Gensan Summer Cup and that was why I put her high in my predictions, too bad she struggled here

1 fall and 1 stepout isn't too bad though, I hope it's still enough for a podium
