I'm glad you came to join us. You have a lot on your plate.So... I'm not quite recovered, I'm besieged with worries (Yuseong and Jaekeun's JGPF tickets, Ye's citizenship issues, my darling needing to win Asian Games gold to get exempt from military training (unless he manages to win an Olympic medal...), our senior women situation during pre-Olympic season...) but I've dragged myself here to finish the skating day
So I looked St. Lidwina up, "She is the patroness saint of the town of Schiedam, of chronic pain, and of ice skating." according to Wikipedia. It's weird, they wrote the same thing twice after SchiedamI'm glad you came to join us. You have a lot on your plate.
Maybe St. Lidwina, the Patron Saint of Figure Skating can help.
Reportedly during her convalescence she had a view of the local pond and watched the skaters for relief. So I looked St. Lidwina up, "She is the patroness saint of the town of Schiedam, of chronic pain, and of ice skating." according to Wikipedia. Interesting, according to my experience watching skating usually makes you feel worseReportedly during her convalescence she had a view of the local pond and watched the skaters for relief.
Yes sometimes it does. Right now I am not too heavily invested in many skaters. I like many but my favorites are near the end of their amateur careers - Hawayek/Baker & Chock & Bates. I root for many to do well, but am not as invested for my own safety although my baby dancers may suck me in - Leah & Artem and Hana & Daniil are capturing my heart. My sentimental favorites in singles give me heartburn. I said I would never love another baby pair team after Tai & Randy but Hansen & Church are wearing me down.Interesting, according to my experience watching skating usually makes you feel worse
