It is nice the JGP is open to all skaters - I always enjoy seeing skaters from India and other not-well known skating nations competing.

Next team and points for the sparkly belt

Meh. At 5 am it doesn't sound compelling. I will go back to Rhythm Dance. Pairs are not worth watching atm.

This team is working on incorporating triples - the throw sal looked close, and the twist was good - but the lifts in particular are a little shaky and need some work. Yet again, they have a good team behind them, and that 2A+2A+SEQ is a huge boost, so once they clean up those lifts and get the throw triples they'll be good to go.

The throws are so close, and could be gorgeous. Katalin has gorgeous pairs girl extension and they've got great height.

I see the pairs sadboi music tradition has continued this season. This team clearly has been together for a while, and their skating skills are quite solid. I don't know how much the injury during Junior Worlds has affected their preparation here. The choreo sequence and the lifts were strong, so it's just developing the twist and throws (the elements that are probably hardest to train with injury)

I appreciate that they're doing a different style of program, but I don't know if I needed the creepy baby laughter. Lucas seemed really into the program. Overall, this was a very solid skate, their lifts and throws are really strong.
