honestly, it's not anything new... so if you want to show skating, you need to get things right... they know the requirements, get to them. It sounds like constant making excuses to me, every time (not just here) that something is mentioned about music rights. Just shows how little respect there is towards musicians... yet, without music, there is no figure skating.... Music was there first

I'm one of those who needs copyright to be protected if I want to make a living out of my passion (writing) so I am all for proper licensing, but I also know that clearing rights can be extremely complicated. Not that it excuses people from not doing their jobs, but I do understand why they want to shirk off the responsibility. All this to say that ISU needs to put in work (which they probably won't) (sigh)

That throw 3F... I see it in my dreams. It's just so high! I'm thrilled that we finally have a Chinese pairs team with great throws, a gorgeous twist, and semi-consistent SBS jumps.

I love this program for them, and they never stopped performing. I have a feeling they want to peak towards the latter half of the season, this just felt like an early-season skate. They really turned it on around National time last year, and I could see them doing that again this year.
