"The Rocky Horror Show"?

I'm sure the "Time Warp" would be classed as a social dance...

I WISH, in seniors maybe, but no one is this imaginative let alone bold

It's not "e", it's "ę" :D sounds somewhat like french "entre".
Looking up Polish phonology on Wikipedia, it would be /trɛɲbtska/ I think?
BTW I know 3 languages, but all use latin alphabet and I struggled trying to learn Russian and gave up Japanese quickly, so kudos for you.
I am a language aficionado and if I could I'd learn every major language in existence, for now I'm settling for being able to pronounce names properly with the ones I can't speak at all (I am bilingual in Korean and English and I also speak mediocre Japanese and 3 years of high school French)

OK, Hilda and Alexander have now given you permission to resume the conversation you were having about Javi Fernandez from the Ladies SP thread.

Hilda & Alexander have the start of some nicely matched lines. As they have more time together, they should get deeper edges and more speed. I look forward to watching this team progress throughout the year. Like them very much. Music choice was perfect for them.

Something like this. The more praise for the effort - I'm probably terrible in pronouncing korean names, because I'll try to pronounce them english way.

Same. I'd love to be able to speak more languages. I'm fluent in German, quite good in English as I studied it but nowhere near fluent right now I think, and I speak a tiny little bit of French. I'd love to speak Russian because my bf's family is from Kyrgyzstan and Japanese and Korean would be nice but every language that doesn't use latin letters confuses me 😅

Oh, have we had all four of the events with Pairs competitions already? I thought we still had one to go.

That's a disappointment.

I liked Finelli & Bucciarelli last week, have always liked Sandrine & Quentin, an intrigued by Yahli & Ben - could be a good match, not sure I recall Batkova & Yang, and don;t know anything about Lilia & Nikita

Google translate gives me 'crane' for Żurawek, did he look like the bird?
It's friggin complicated, there are almost no written sources about this period and those that exist are in Latin (this should be my fourth language, but it was soooo long ago when I learned and used it...). So Żurawek is probably a distortion. But Świerad is a form of old slavic name and it is plausible that he used this name.
