Those little Finns have so much pressure as everybody I suppose want to get a spot to JWC. Federation's rules are this season two best scores, one must be international junior competition and the two skaters who have biggest scores counted together will get the spots. It was the same last season (for that 1 spot).

I want to share my stress imagery that I learned to use during my stressful periods at work.

I have a word - settle - I imagine being in or near a lake and watching the stirred up sand slowly settle, calmly to the bottom of the lake. It slows me down and keeps me from getting ahead of things.
