Kidakarn has nice ice presence and quality of movement! She seemed kind of scared of her jumps, so I hope she can get her feet under her a little more in the FS.

Thai names are a challenge for everyone let alone Ted

And we need to be fair, when you listen to Japanese or Chinese commentators inexperienced with what we think of as simple Western names there's a fair amount of mangling too....

Believe it or not, her first name is pronounced "Kee-lin". Which, confusingly, is the same pronounciation as the (more common) boys' name Caolán.

Caoilfhionn switched from Finland. And if it wasn't for her name, you would assume she was Finnish when you see her.

I agree! I follow Chinese drama (and Chinese names are easier than Thai or Korean) and still hesitate to say the names out loud, after hearing some online reactors...

Ach, another one with lovely presentation but not the jumps Oda's packaging and carriage are great but today wasn't her day.

Oda is such a gorgeous skater! I'd love to watch her in solo dance, because her musicality is so impressive, especially for a junior!

Is the sound a bit of the muffly side for other folk? I mean, the music choices so far have not been exactly inspired anyway but it sounds a bit more dull than at all necessary.
