2024 Russian Junior Test Skates

Honestly I think French songs suit Alisa. The problem is that everyone also is doing them too.
Sure! Just not those French songs... Even Petrosian barely pulled those songs off. Just set a whole new program for her please.

Was it just the 3A she was crying over? I didn't even notice any big issues with that skate.

Pleskachova didn't quite have that usual spark, the program was a little bit off but still promising for the season ahead. Obviously has high expectations for herself. I put it down to being early in the season.

Agata and Valeria have impressed me the most so far.

Can someone tell me how old Tsipukhina is and why she isn't skating seniors? She looks way older than everyone else and frankly she has blown everyone out of the water so far if we are looking at the overall presentation and stability.

She's 15, so one year too young for Seniors domestically.

Alisa Dvoeglazova is actually older than her, believe it or not 😅

I guess she is an early bloomer. Reminds me of Morozova a lot from last season in this way. Very stable for a junior. But actually I think Tsipukhina is even more progressed artistically. Very impressive.

Seeing comments imply Lena has nerve problems is strange, cause if anything, I'd say she's known for the exact opposite...Her performance today was unusually bad, but I saw that she's apparently sick, which would explain the odd mistakes yesterday, but it would have been better if they just ditched the quads :scratch2:
