Anthea, thank you for not choosing a piece of classical music. James Bond is kind of a warhorse too but at this point I'll take it. Her jumps are really stunning, nice and big and tight in the air and landed with such confidence. She can work on the second mark and perhaps a bit of stamina for the latter half jumps, but her performance at the end of the program shows just how much potential she has to be a really fantastic all-round skater.

Shame the loop combo didnt go as planned for Anthea but otherwise what a skate for her, she has such nice powerful triples

contemporary art music exists. Einaudi and others are not contemporary composers in that sense. Their music is often called cross-over or semi-classical. I dislike that kind of music but figure skaters love it.

I admit, I had to look that up. And I was even more confused when the results were talking about an acid.

Then I scrolled down, and found out that "lysergic" is the first word in LSD.

Sorry, I may have done A-level Chemistry, but I am not that up to speed on illegal drugs.

Lulu has really strong basics, and her jumps look very solid as well. She managed to move her lutz combo to her second lutz, which is so impressive. I would have liked to see a bit more performance out of her during the jumps, but that's just me being nitpicky because her performance was so great yesterday. Canadian women's skating is in great hands.
