Anyway, that was a enjoyable from Iida KARHUNEN (FIN).

The Finnish girls were all good. Makes you wonder how I managed to pick the rare example of Cactus Finnica to adopt.

Iida goes into 2nd position, just 0.07 behind Olivia LISKO (FIN).

Nice spins from Loena. Surely they cannot save her on PCS from two falls and a missed combo, though. She'll go ahead of Selma, but I really don't think there can be any justification for putting her ahead of the other two.

I know I don't like Loena's style of skating, and didn't include her in my Predictions for that reason.

But you never like to see a skater have a skate like that.

She goes into 3rd position.

The jumps weren't there for Loena today; I hope she's not injured, and that it's just because she couldn't do a proper run through this morning. Down on the 3Lz, but the spiral afterwards was lovely, and she gets back on track with the 2A. Oh, drat, no combo on the 3F. I enjoyed her rhythm in the step sequence, getting turns and arm choreography on the beat. Her spins are as wonderfully flexible as ever, though the tech box read level 2 V on the change foot combo, I think. She takes that score on the chin.
