I think they're running a bit late....? It's 39 mins past now and it's still zamboni, meanwhile according to the time schedule the first skater should be skating by 36 mins past already

The starting time was shown as 8.30 here, and it's now 8.40???

Well, Saturday's qualifying for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix was chaos, with the red flag coming out SIX times, a new record for a Formula 1 Qualifying. (Don't worry, nobody was hurt).

And so what do they start the Junior Grand Prix being held a few days later in the same city with? Yep, you guessed it. The chaos category!

Livestream for the Men's SP is now on air.

And please, Ted and Mark, no spoilers about what happened in Beijing. I haven't seen the Men's FS yet. (I was hoping to get Group 1 watched before this started, but took too long watching the Free Dance and doing the reports for my Fan Fests).

Yeah 8.30 our time should be the start of the first group warmup, now it's 8.45 and warmup hasn't even started yet

The stream started 40 minutes ago, so I assume the first group has skated. Does anyone know how the skaters did? None of the scores have updated.

nope, only "opening ceremony" - I guess someone in Gdańsk is now thinking very hard as the bar is set quite high (or not and there will be no show in Gdańsk)

OK, I take it back. Ted sounds lost doing it on his own now.

He's got too used to having somebody to bounce off.

Either that or the very busy schedule is starting to catch up with him.

That is a lovely shade of purple being used in the background. But, it is a bit plain. Given that Azerbaijan is supposed to be the land of fire, they could have put some flames at the bottom. The contrast between the colours would look great.
