Ariel's Rio program was a delight last season, and it still is this season. Unfortunately, a few URs and mistakes on the jumps, but she never gave up. Looking forward to her next competition

Ariel is the perfect name for this girl, isn't it? Another sugar pastel dress...

I like the combination of music choice, skating style and dress. Unfortunately it didn't work so well today, hope we'll see this program clean this season.

The dress looks like a warm tropical sea, with the beach included.

Put this together with her name, and I was convinced we would be getting a "Little Mermaid" programme from Ariel GUO (HKG). But, it was a different animated film, "Rio", that we got.

Such a contrast between the middle piece and the songs either side. But it worked. I liked them.

And despite the mistakes, I liked the skate too.

Her coach is pretty! [WANG Jialei (CHN), who competed in the Junior GP Series in 2012]

She goes into 7th in the FS, and 4th overall.

Bath just landed both her 3As! She thundered into them too! No hesitation whatsoever. Now she just needs to keep it up.

Hana BATH AUS skates to Fountain of Eternity dressed in teal. Her bio says she has relocated to Japan for training. Bath has landed the triple Axel in competition. She lands 3A-2T right away and a second solo 3A very cleanly. I would like a little more face from Hana. She is racking up the technical points but not giving us a lot of pcs on the other elements.

Hana landed two 3As!!

.....but then too many combos This is like the opposite of Ami Nakai's mistake in Japanese nats a couple season ago where she just completely forgot a combo
