I dont know she kept a perfect line for like 30 seconds I thought it was super impressive visuallyWonderful 3A combo, but her step seq, compared to Lydia and Anna....not at the same level.
One issue is 'running steps' to build up speed. It is sort of...like cheating and a cheap way to build up speed for the Step Seq, and defeats the entire point of a step seq (which is to use your edging)I dont know she kept a perfect line for like 30 seconds I thought it was super impressive visually
True I was going to mention I dont like the toe-steps either, they can work as a fleeting transition but not as an independent element. I wouldn't really hold that against the StSq though it was before. I dont think she is incapable of just gliding into it I think they did it for a choreo effect. One issue is 'running steps' to build up speed. I agree. Definitely program of the night. Dzepka's performance probably the most impressive from a purely technical perspective, not sure... (I mean, holistically, not literally just TES).The program that really knocked my socks off-Lydia. Every second of choreo was unique and interesting.
Honestly Lydia's performance alone would be more worth waking up for than the entire cranberry cup IMO.OK, what a balm, 4 basically perfect skates and others were solid too. Russian girls rule the world.
To be just, I really liked Sofia Samodelkina and Isabeau Levito's skates (plus von Felten in Juniors) but they were very ahead of the rest.Honestly Lydia's performance alone would be more worth waking up for than the entire cranberry cup IMO.
So what else is new?Russian girls rule the world.

I really dont think either of them can compare to what Pleskacheva and Dzepka presented today. Definitely not Isabeau. We had like 2 or 3 3As as well I cant remember if Andreeva jumped one. This event was a completely different level and we were missing an entire 4 masters. And its just a junior test skates. The chasm is absolutely enormous. To be just, I really liked Sofia Samodelkina and Isabeau Levito's skates (plus von Felten in Juniors) but they were very ahead of the rest.
I liked it a lot. Just perfect.I love romantic’s program for Dzepka. It suits her so well, she is charming and poetic
Andreeva did not do 3A but it was said she works on it's restoration for this season.I really dont think either of them can compare to what Pleskacheva and Dzepka presented today. Channel One often broadcasts juniors via just one camera. That doesn't seem like something new to me.Yesterday, there was only one camera
I think so too. This camera must be the referee's one.implied that this filming is not done by Channel One but by the Fed itself
Marvelous, thank you!Old SP, clean confident skate.
