I ran the converter for Farenheit to Celsius, from -3 to -15 I am never going to go to Mapleland in the colder months how do you even go outside without getting hypothermia

lol i am using Celsius... in Canada we are pretty much using the metric system, except for people height and weight but still then...

As expected, a few skaters set themselves apart but after them comes a huge pile-up of skaters who could all still contend for the Olympic quotas. With this quite uneven field (in experience, PCS, technical content and consistency), the Free skate is still wide open.

Oh but the drop is still extremely drastic, 5 Celsius in September is nuts I still refuse to visit Mapleland unless it's summer

it's just overnight ... tomorrow it will be 18 or so.. and then again, 5 degrees... but next week i can put frangi and his blooming friends out again until october 2nd. I have to check the weather every day. Or i could also stop growing exotic plants

at this point, i have no expectations about the games. I sincerely hope that Piper and Paul will not be dropped once again.. but that's about it.

Oh no wonder it's so much cooler where you are! I'm visiting family in the Florida Panhandle, it's currently 72°F but later in the evening it will dip to an almost Autumnesque 66°F lol!

I really enjoyed this men's SP! Unfortunately I could only catch the first couple of groups before I had to leave, but I got back just in time for the final group! Thank goodness this competition isn't geoblocked for once! Now I can watch (or rewatch) all of the SP events at leisure! And I can especially enjoy the Men's event knowing that Donovan did great! I wonder if he realizes how loved he surely is from fans the world over? I'll be cheering on our Mexican primo all the way from Florida, USA!

Just got back and checked on Donovan... oh wow, second! My fingers will be firmly crossed for him in the free (which will make typing a challenge but no sacrifice is too great )

I am so glad for my boy Gumennik. Superclean skate and in the lead. I absolutely think it was a+100 score, and I felt it was better than Malinin's short in Lombardia. And he scored 108. Just saying.

Well, Gumennik is by far my favourite male skater, has been for years, so am I biased? Hell yeah!

Donovan was wonderful to watch. I actually don't know why he has to qualify he has enough talent he should have made it at worlds but we get to see him here. And good on Petr. Imagine no competition and you are holding your own in your first international even in years.

The difference is not huge at all. He's behind 5th by 4.05 points and Davide does not have quads (though some others in the same scoring range do). It won't be easy, per se, but everyone knew that from the start.

Yeah, it is going to be tight fight for those spots. At least he still has JGP to finish.
