2025 U.S. Nationals Senior Men's Short Program

Surprisingly good skate Camden- not that I don't think you are capable, just don't expect you will actually do it

Jesus Christ Camden your camel spin :palmf:. The quad will get an under, but the other jumps were fantastic, he's such a gorgeous skater and he seems so much more well-trained than during the GP series. I really hope he can put together a good free skate, because he has such quality and I really want him to put it all together for the Olympic season.
If he wants to make the Olympics, in my opinion he would be best served by not working full time and trying to train as an elite skater. But maybe that's not the problem.

This program is utterly fantastic. It's the type of casual, modern choreo that Shae does so well, and Andrew just seems to perfectly get this music and movement style. His skating is so smooth yet aggressively fast, and his jumps looked fantastic here as well. This will set him up perfectly to take a medal tomorrow. That step sequence deserves +5s, it is one of the most brilliant pieces of choreography I've ever seen.

I also love to see his composure after that skate - I love seeing the release of emotion that some for the other skaters have had today, but I think this will help him stay grounded and focused for tomorrow. Jean-Luc has talked about how important Brandon Frazier has been for keeping Andrew calm, and I think this will be a really valuable asset for helping Andrew maintain his medal position.
