Because NBC is evil.Huh? They are switching to ice dance in the middle of the men's event?!!![]()
They want to show the least amount of skating and the most amount of basketball, football or any other male dominant sport in my opinionBecause NBC is evil.
It's so unfair to the athletes and the audience, in so many ways. Skaters, who have worked for years to have their moment in the spotlight at Nationals, don't have an audience and aren't on the TV broadcast like with the final group, which basically implies that they aren't as "worthy" or "valuable". The audience is totally getting scammed, as they have to buy separate tickets for the two sessions, so you have to buy two different tickets if you want to see all of the men or all of the dancers. The TV audience is going to miss out on some great skating - the US National bronze medallists from last season in ice dance won't be shown live - and the skaters in the final groups will have had a huge break after their pre-event warmup which certainly can't be ideal preparation and is not normally how these events are been run. All in all, I really hate this organizational pattern and I really hope this is the last year they do something like this.yes - groups 1 & 2 of dance, back to men group 3, then dance group 3
NBC is crazy
Hi. I'm late. Link please?![]()
Today's schedule, and add an hour to all of these times because the site has it all listed in Central Time.OK, so it is 12:52 eastern time. What is the next thing? Ice dance at 2:30? Well, what is showing now actually at the venue?
Don't you know you're supposed to drink something with the gin? Vermouth? Or tonic?i am going to go to the liquor store... but considering i drank all the gin yesterday... i am not sure i want to really go there... i may get a gag reflex.
I like my gin alone... it's high quality, micro-distillery. I just savour it slowly.. but then... i sipped for too longDon't you know you're supposed to drink something with the gin? Vermouth? Or tonic?![]()

Gee, when it affects the actual skaters and the sport in this negative way, can't USFS do something about it??It's so unfair to the athletes and the audience, in so many ways.
