Well, this was a great skate for Sofia! I think she skated this program a little stronger performance-wise in practice, she was a bit more focused on the technical this afternoon, but the jumps were some of the best that she's done all week - nice and big and airy. I really felt her speed and confidence shine in the step sequence. That little step error mars an otherwise great skate, but she should be very proud of her Worlds debut!

Great skate from Sofia. I think she will be in first place for a while. I'm glad she has switched to Kazakhstan. She is maturing nicely away from the Russian pressure cooker.

The flip entry was brilliant but they might look at the landing, they'll ding her on the lutz edge, but it was strong. Hopefully mid 60's.

She has to get faster to be in the top tho, and there is too many crossovers.
