2025 World Championships Women's Short Program

She needs to do something about the jumps for next season, starting off the new season, she will not have the mins for Worlds anymore unless she scores above 60 in TES in the FS. She only had the mins now because of last season and with the UR she is going to struggle to get them again if the mins stay the same.
To be honest, I could see Katya retiring after the Olympics, if she makes it there. She still loves skating, clearly, but her scores have been falling for a few years now and Noelle Streuli will turn Sr-eligible next season and will give her some fierce competition for the championship spots (when she's healthy again).

There's a big difference between youthful and juniorish. In this program she successfully interprets a teenager but her skating is quite advanced and mature.
Totally agree. Light and joyful. But the choreography was complex, they stating skills were amazing, and the step sequence in particular is outstanding. Probably the best in the world. Incredible edges and body control. She skates with a ton of speed, and very little effort with basic Crossovers and progressives- she just Glides so incredibly well.

This is a crime that Alyssa is ahead of her though. Skating skills are not even close. Alyssa should have been about 70, and I would have had Chiba at probably high-73s, Maybe

I don't think Noelle will be competition for Katia even when Katia is out of shape like this season. At least untill Noelle does something with her mentality and presentation.
