2025 World Junior Championships Rhythm Dance

One group to go. I'm so tired. Frankly speaking I struggle to like anything in those rhythm dance, in seniors as well. Watching those segments is more tiring than entertaining. I hope ISU will change their approach cause it's hitting the wall.

I'm literally only watching it because it's on and I can watch it live and chat with friends.

Well done Celina and Jean-Hans. I'm torn between a bronze for them and my baby Germans, both would deserve it so much (and need it, considering both have to move up to Seniors next season).

3 points difference of BV between base level to level 4. Definitely not a little, but the tech panel was not generous with pattern levels today, so it's not as noticeable as in other competitions.

Not a lot of math, just key points.

As an explanation, key points are basically just specific steps on particular beats of the music. Based on execution (depth of blade etc.) and timing (right beat or not), teams get a Y (Yes), N (No) or T (timing) for each of the four key points. Usually, the number of Ys corresponds with the level (0 Y = base level, 1 Y = lvl 1, 2 Y = lvl 2, 3 Y = lvl 3 and 4 Y = lvl 4), with the first and third letter referring to the woman's key points and the second and fourth to the men's key points.

Really? She's emoting a lot with her face, and there are definitely multiple moments where I notice her more than him (and the other way around too).
