I feel so bad for Anastasia and Hektor, I feel like every time they are starting to find success and consistency, they have a major injury setback and have to work their way back up. At least Anastasia has her Australian citizenship now, so this team can work towards 2030 without that hanging over them. They have so much talent and seem to have a great bond on and off the ice, so hopefully they can put together a couple seasons of consistent, strong training and show their full potential.

Drat! I'm back late from eating and Anastasia and Hektor have already started.
Right, I've wound them back. So, my posts will be a bit out of sync.
Hopefully the skaters won't be.

Sad to see disaster from the Aussies 
The entry to the death spiral was so cool, but then it only got a level B.... Anastasia's save on the first throw was crazy amazing though!! How did she managed to stay on 1 foot

Yes they are going to the Olympics. It is why they haven't competed yet this season - Anastasia couldn't leave Australia because it would have prevented her meeting the residency requirements for obtaining citizenship.Did Chris not say they are going to Milano? In that case I wish then the best possible recovery until then.

Maybe I shouldn't have wound back. So many things went wrong.
This is not what they needed when they have another Major coming up in a few weeks.
When it is done clean, I am going to love this programme. But, it just wasn't their day today.

All four of them are disappointed. But, at least nobody is crying.
They go into 4th and last position in both the FS and overall.

They also were very injured, Anastasia suffered a concussion and they couldn't train for a few months because of that
