german alien twins
Finally finished eating, and wanted to add something.
Before the skating came on this morning, I watched two episodes of "The Invaders" that were shown last week. (I got behind due to watching Olympics). And in one of the episodes, there was a scene where we heard an alien speaking German.
I should point out that there was also an alien speaking Russian, and an alien speaking French. There wasn't an alien speaking Italian. The aliens must have been too scared of you to have a base there!

I love seeing these kids go out and really enjoy themselves. These Jr kids are giving such good vibes all aroundZoe and Daniel were FUN.

As expected, the interview was with Zoe BIANCHI / Daniel BASILE (ITA). And I had to smile.
When the interviewer asked who their idols were, Zoe started thinking, and then started listing names. Who just happened to be three of the Top 4 finishers at the Olympics a few weeks ago!
Chock / Bates were the partnership she missed out.

Just slight off topic, for those interested about Pairs flower crowns - took a chance and asked Ava and Yohnatan for flag signatures and "outed" myself as the author of the crowns, they were very appreciating and surprised that these were done entirely by hand

I'm back to resume enjoying the dancing. It's absolutely AMAZING how much I can get done in 20 minutes when I have figure skating to get back to. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find something else to "motivate" me when the skating season is done. I could get SO much more done in a day.

It was.
And it also adds weight to the argument that skaters shouldn't be interviewed straight after they come off the ice, as was happening at Europeans. Because how they feel straight after they skate mightn't be how they really feel.
