Everhardt almost goes clean, just the step out on the 3S. She has no musicality and skates like it’s a 9 to 5 and was ahead of her music, but I like her jumps. I’m glad she was able to regroup by going back to earlier programs since her start to the season was rough.

I'd like to see her work on her second mark a bit in the future, especially extensions and loosening up her arms

It's a different sport, nevertheless you must have noticed how tired Marco Odermatt was at the end of the season.

Each sport is different in the toll it takes on the body and what athletes need to do to be in top form, so I wouldn't read too much into what other sports or athletes do . Figure skating is very demanding both physically and mentally, and poor performances are more noticeable than in other sports. Plus, a lot of these athletes are nursing injuries/illness at the end of the season.
